I want to mildly 'Pep' up the Derby's engine, so does anyone on here have/or know someone with a Carb from a VW Polo S they would be willing to sell?
Ideally the carburettor should be in working order, but i'd probably overhaul it anyway. Along with the carb it would be nice to have the inlet manifold too.

Your cars the Polo G40 I take it, HytestA? I only want to Mildly tune the Derby to make just a bit more perky (100bhp/ton should do the trick ) I was contemplating fitting a G40 engine - which would make it a real animal ;D but I'm loathed at the moment to do anything too drastic to it being, that there seems to be so few good original condition Derbys left - maybe one day? Guz - yeh i'll give Porka.net a go, also UK.Polos too. |
