Is it worth harassing the DVLA to see what's happened to a logbook? It's been 4 weeks and still no sign. I know they say allow up to six weeks but most people I've spoken to have got theirs within a fortnight. And if it is worth chasing them up, how do I do it? Thank ye

Phone customer services at swansea. Its best to do this fairly early in the morning if you want to avoid the call queue. Things do get lost and delayed, they will at least be able to tell you if the keeper record has changed (ie did it get lost on the way to, or the way from DVLA)
Was it a Logbook, or an application form? V5C normallytakes 2-4 weeks, V62 can take longer as they write to the previous keeper then wait for a reply before issuing the book.

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in

Mine arrived for the Hillman on Friday, after about a four week wait.

Thanks chaps . It's the V5C that I'm waiting for - the seller arsed up the form so there was a lot of scribbling out I shall call them the next clear morning I get.
