rice and ricer is someone who drives a J car....honda, toyota etc...hence the vw watercooled club called 'no rice'
they are just globally bad chav, fast and furious, hoon, etc etc cars ;D

I'm guessing they made it up as they went along rather than thought it through beforehand. It's all out of proportion!!! At least they chose they right offset for the wheels. |
