Didn't we decide the engine was a modular Ford V8 that's the same base unit that Koeniggsegg start with for their engine?

Merc V12 is used in the Zonda, Konig-wotsit use a modular V8 although I think the latest car uses an engine built largely from scratch using the modular V8's dimensions.

Ah, that would be it. I had a peek at the kunspellable website, and they claim the ccx uses a v8 of their own design.
Whatever this ford uses, I doubt it is the latest spec Kunpronounceable engine.

I remember that being featured in Performance Ford about 5/6 years ago iirc the YB engine he had was about 600 bhp and I think hes Swedish, not German. Very cool car thou, good to see it being made even faster!

Sierra - here we go again! He has an illness, it's not his fault.

His profile on Passion Ford says he is in Norway.
Yeah, it is a boxy heap of a car, but I think this is very much a "because I can" kind of build. Logic obviously has no place in that car. Nothing wrong with that.

Remember this car from the performance ford(or similar) article when it ran the cossie motor. I think there's some tenuous link between and ex rallycross god Martin Schanche so the pedigree is there engineering wise.
Anyway up its just bonkers!

The Mk2 Granada is quite clearly a work of art, I dream of one day owning a 2.8 Ghia X estate (in black please). This car is especially awesome and you people are philistines... ;D

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

I like the shape of mk2 grans, adn many other boxy 80's cars. Its purposeful, but distinctive..
That car looks in similar style to "the beast" that was running at santapod last year. Big car, bigger engine ftuw!

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in

Heres Steve Turbo in his 'boxy heap' uk.youtube.com/watch?v=ztGgycd5vsoas a former boxy heap owner I think i should add my 2penneth, Mk2 Granadas can drive very well, with the right tyres and suspension mods, and may look boxy and heaps but they can shift and not just in a straight line and to me, that counts for something ;D

To me, the granny has always been overshadowed by the lighter, cooler, Sierra. But hey.. Well done to anyone who can make something out a car nobody likes much!
