I need a t-piece. M10x1.5 female one end, M10x1.5 male on the other end, and either a 1/8 NPT or preferably a -3AN fitting in the middle, for the turbo oil feed. The third fitting depends on what sort of oil supply line I'll be using really. I'm thinking a -3AN braided teflon hose with a banjo bolt fitting the other end, as the turbo has a Banjo on the steel feed pipe (M16 or something) Anyone know a good source? All the ones I can find are 1/8 NPT or BSPT or somesuch Sorry, bit of a dull techy thread but any ponters / advice / help is welcome!

Any of your local industrial hydraulic factors should carry stuff like this, I use mine for all manner of adaptors, might need to mix and match a couple of things to get all the sizes but that where I'd head first. Pirtek and similar or there should be a local independent somewhere nearby I'd guess

www.nuneatonhose.co.uk/this is the place i have been using recently, there should be a place nearer you but its not a million miles away. Places like this i've found particularly like to be paid cash - eg "that would be £27+vat or £20 cash sir..." although saying that one M10x1.5 fitting i needed they didnt do as its primarily a automotive fitting, vehiclewiringproducts.co.uk do all sorts of these for brake fittings. As said you may end up mixing and matching, might even be better getting a machine shop to make something Mike

Thanks guys I'll check those links out. There's a hydraulics place down the road from me so I'll try there - I could even take the turbo down there to make sure I get the right size banjo bolt.

I took the oil pressure sender pipe from the block and just tried different taps in my tap and die set til one fit it!;D Do you have a place in the block or head like a blanking plug? If you take that out you should be able to find the size you need to go into the block. As for the oil pressure gauge, whichever one you buy should have the fitment written on the packaging or something.

I'm gonna buy 1 of them split off adaptor things where it uses the oil pressure switch hole. I also got the guage for free so i didnt get an adaptor or anything with it
