Yes and yes, though if memory serves, it's now with a new owner. Yes it is,.. I forget who, John knows though. I wanted to get it at RR07, but just ran out of time to organise it. also, this is too cold! Must, Know, More! I'm guessing as its filed under "Friends Cars" that you know the owner Seth.

Must, Know, More! I'm guessing as its filed under "Friends Cars" that you know the owner Seth. Sure do! ;D It belonged to my best mate Ashley (now with matt black '64 1/2 Mustang) back when we were 18/19 and was his second car after an Amazon. I think it was built from a van on a custom chassis and scratchbuilt body behind the cab. Engine was a Rover lump and a massive kick up housed a Jag IRS at the back. Rear wheels were pukka wires, fronts were baskets. He used it all year round for the time he had it. No idea where it is now. I don't have many photos but here's one with the paint as bought. was built by a guy in Oxford. Even by then ('94/95) this was a bit much so I sketched out a two tone to cover the graphics which he had done at a local paint shop. Rare shot with the roof up on the way back from Hayling Island I think. We got sun-burnt in it on a Minor O-C London-Brighton run! Many a central London cruise done in that car too.

Anyone know where pie wagon is now? James I assume Simon from Colchester still has it, although I didn't see him out at all last year. Did see him briefly at the swapmeet but he didn't mention the Minor. Mike.

A local bloke had the old "just' Booglin" Minor van after it was redone in coral paint. Went everywhere on a trailer though sadly.

Anatomy of Chris Nash's V8 Minor With 1098 around 1982 As it appeared in Street Machine (on front cover) with Rover V8 and wide body this was the day it was Mot'd This was a midway scan of a very bad scan when Chris was narrowing the bodywork. It had steels on the front and the old Rockets on the back with a narrowed Volvo rear end - previous had been a MkII Jag - narrowed but wider. This is the final version finished by Chris and re-painted by his brother Roy, when I had it. Pic's from when it was featured in CC about 1988
