Well I was thinking about what should go on my roof rack, just wondering what you guys have or have seen. Also I'm wondering how most of that stuff can be put there and not blow away or be easily stolen. I have been looking for windbreakers, would be great up on the roof, plus handy in the summer ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) ![](http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2007/08_02/011windbreaker_800x447.jpg) But annoyingly cant find any... ANYWHERE! I need to start scouring boot fairs etc for stuff.

Oh, but scene-laden roofracks are sooo 2005 daaah-ling. Here's some classic thelwell to add some interest before the thread descends into anarchy. ![](http://www.imps4ever.info/tech/gearshif.gif) ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

Speaking of cool box, I was thinking about having a fridge in the boot that is hidden inside an old looking cool box. I just don't want my roofrack contents to be easily stolen (Bungee straps seem a bit easy to take off), plus want the contents to be old and retro ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

I built a roof rack for a friend a while ago. Last summer.. Possibly the height of the roof rack trend.
He's a builder. He puts bits of scaffolding and 2 by 4s on it!

I have only ever used mine to strap my bike to, which just happens to be chopped up and the only place I needed to take it where I couldn't ride it all the way happened to be a car event but meh ;D ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

I don't get it.
From what I've seen of the dub scene, the gist is that you have a root through your Gran's loft for a load of old tat and put that up there.
I suggest a box brownie camera, an Aldi carrier bag full of M&S big knickers and a cine projector.

A roll of loft insulation (for Granny's little...ahem..accidents), a commode, a colostomy bag, some Steradent and ten year's worth of back issues of People's Friend.

I suggest a box brownie camera, an Aldi carrier bag full of M&S big knickers and a cine projector. I`ve tried to get this one a million times and finally given up. I always find myself wondering just how stupid someone would feel if all of their old tat just fell off the roof in the middle of a really busy street, blocking up the road with loads of people hooting and pedestrians laughing as they scrabble about on the tarmac picking up mouldy suitcases, wicker baskets and other debris, getting redder and redder and wishing they were somewhere far, far away. ;D
