Just got this from a mate in Saudi. It may be a paeroast, but I know a lot of you perve about towtrucks as well, as some making a living out of them. In South Africa it is a great business and if you see some as I posted in the SA thread a while back, they can look pretty good. Any other weird creations.... ?? Reminds me of "Transformers" Serious tow: Cammo...... Hardly see it till it's there. WOTCHA GOT ?

Any idea what these wheels are? Tow trucks are awesome. I can remember the guy who did Small Talk for Street Machine built a Pro Street 36 Ford pickup model, but made a big grabber arm on the back looked bloody brilliant. Matt

Those bikes are mental yet unbelievably cool. I'm amazed they have the power to move a car One day, I WILL own one of these A Thorneycroft Antar, 18l Rolls Royce Meteorite V8, diesel for civillians and petrol for the military, developed for moving oil pipeline around the Middle East and then used as tank transporters for the British Army. I don't know why but I have a bizarre attraction to things with massive diesel engines...

1989 Peugeot 205. You know, the one that was parked in a ditch on the campsite at RRG'17... the glass is always full. but the ratio of air to water may vary.

Spotted in Karachi, Saudi. Apparently, the chains fend off evil spirits...or so the man said. ^^^ Not tow trucks, but interesting all the same!

Those motorbikes are ace, never seen anything like that. Also impressed by all the other stuff, especially the ERF transporter.

Seen the Goldwings in Motor Cycle News a fews years ago. They can nip through the accident tailbacks to get things flowing again quickly. A towtruck can't do that. Al
