By the looks of it it's just a variation of the 10p resistor that's supposed to increase power, except with this you have the option of cranking up the resistance until it floods the engine  |

If you look carefully you'll see the dial operates the wrong way! It's conventional to twist clockwise to turn something up, no? Well this thing goes THE OTHER WAY!

You have to love these miracle cure mods, don't you? I was talking to an old mate (who's a bit of a ned, but he's alright really) the other day, who was trying to convince me that the gigantic exhaust tip (on a 1200cc Punto with a tiny wee exhaust up until the enormous tip) and some weird looking air filter from the local chav accesory shop (although they do have cheap power tools and stuff, I got a great little angle grinder out of there for £15 complete with three free discs a while back, hasn't let me down once!) would give him at least 30 horses extra! Erm, sure it will mate! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |
