That does indeed look like fun!!  Shame its more than I can afford to fork out on a "project" car right now!  Might be a liiiitle bit impractical for my needs too. Now, SOMEONE round here was looking for a cheap rwd car for hillcimbing / sprint action..... I wonder if they'd take a knackered mk3 golf in P-ex?? |

Interesting car...but surely that's not a race car? Tinted windows? Grille spoiler? The vinyl script up the door?
I'm voting slightly naff German custom....not racer.

Possibly, but there is plenty there that does look racerish, maybe it's raced and then been given the custom treatment later in it's life? It looks like it was built for motorsport in some respects, but as you say certain parts are more the sort of thing you'd see on a car that spends most of it's time on the road and at shows rather than competition. Not really sure.  |
