I’m reaching out in the hopes that someone here might be able to assist with a rather niche request. I’m currently searching for parts for an FSO Polonez 1.6L engine, specifically a distributor skew drive and a set of head bolts.
The original skew drive was lost during an engine restoration, and it’s proving to be a real challenge to track down a replacement. If anyone knows of:
- Specialist suppliers
- Polish dismantlers or scrapyards
- Other enthusiasts with spare parts
or even complete engines for sale, I’d be extremely grateful for your recommendations.
I’m based in the UK but willing to work with international sellers or arrange collection/shipping if needed.
