	I have owned an M57 530D manual touring for over 2 years now and was lucky enough to drive a mates defender a while back with twin turbo M57 and over 400bhp which was a rocket ship. Ever since I have day dreamed about what I would put my M57 in if the E39 rusted away or I crash it. I am interested to see what people have swapped an M57 into. My mate has an Mk1 Toyota 4Runner I used to own still down his yard which I am temped to buy back and put an M57 in, equally a 2 door or touring E30 would be very cool.

	The Defender is class. I sell quite a lot of M57 stuff for people doing conversions into all manner of LR products, and notably of late a lot of older(ish) Transits. As recently as last week I was looking over a Patrol that has had an M57Ntue (218hp) dropped into it complete with auto box, mated up to the Nissan transfer case and unbustable axles.

	Classic Range Rover LWB with an M57 would be nice. Maybe graft in some of the modern tech like satnav from the donor BMW aswell.
