As promised in the road trip thread, ( forum.retro-rides.org/thread/227974/akkus-dirty-south-road-trip ) here is somewhat more content from the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame
We found this place by random dint of Google and it was an epic attraction. Sadly we were on a tight schedule so I didn't spend all day in there, and I bet I could have to look at all the trophies and memorabilia and so on in detail. There is so much stuff packed into a typical sized industrial unit on an estate. Its a WOW place. I loved it and it wasn't at all expensive either. I forget but like $6 or $10.
Original moon shine running car, where NASCAR came from...
SO MUCH STUFF. 10/10 must visit if in the area. Great gift shop too...
