Hi all, one of my children bought a Audi from Motor Point a few months ago, it had a problem with the entertainment system , they returned the car and they said they had fixed it, its gone wrong again, same fault but they refuse to look at it. As its gone 3 months.
Also the service light has come on, but i have noticed they don't seem to service the cars before selling them !!
Has anybody else had problems with Motor Point in the past, as we keep finding many complaints about them on line. Lucky ours is not too serious atm, but many on line are.
The car is being serviced today my a local Audi Specialist so waiting with interest for the report as we have asked them to give it a good check over. so fingers crossed
