Now it's dry and relatively warm, it's time to tart the T4 up a bit. Going to start with the wheels.
Looking at prepping and painting with a met cadbury purple. I have a compressor but no painting experience so was thinking of the rattle can route.
Any recommendations? Would graffiti paint be a good option?

Montana Black graffiti paint is my favourite . Think alot of others on here will say the same .
The badgeless grill on your van was painted with it just after i got it , so that should show how long it lasts .
Plus I’m really bad at spraying !! 😂
Good range of colours , easy to get a good /level finish & it’s cheap .
They also do a lacquer , but they call it varnish , for a gloss finish .
Check on line & see if you have a local graffiti type shop , near me their really helpful & always interested in what I’m using the paint for .

I recently did mine but went back to bare alloy, etch primer then some specific alloy wheel bronze paint. Montana would've been a better choice honestly. |
