am I too old for lows?
I got given a set of -35mm springs for my Pug 207, although its the GT model it does ride annoying high so I thought instead of all the faff of changing springs over to the existing struts, I would just buy a set of brand new struts with new top mounts, bump stops etc, and build them up as a set, which in turn would make changing them over a lot easier.
aged 53, will it look odd for me to be riding around in a lowered car?

About to turn 50 (how did that happen ??) , my B2000 must have at least 4 inch out the front & 6 out back . Getting ready to drop the daily VW T5 around 5 inch . As said above , it really doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks .  👍 |

The best thing about being middle aged is that we're basically invisible to younger people, therefore you can do whatever you want without worrying if it's cool* or not.
*Or whatever gen Z say these days, they basically make up new words and everybody seems to somehow instantly know what they mean.

Never mind the "lows" were both over 70 and need a ladder to get into this and don't really care what people think. Age is just a number, go for it.  |
