DISPLAYING CARS
Can I display my car?
If you turn up in a pre-2000 car you will be able to come in to the show area and be on display.
Do I still need to get a ticket?
Yes you do. When you are on display, you will still need tickets to get into the show (per person, 16 and under £5, under 5 free).
Where are cars displayed?
We use two layouts for the event. On the Saturday display cars are in the out-field parking areas. On Sunday the out-field parking areas are used for the club showcase, and the track is used for individual display & retro parking. For both days the in-field paddocks are used for our curated displays, and public parking is in an adjacent field to the venue.
What time do I need to arrive to display my car?
From 8am both days, we like all the display cars in place by 10am if posssible
Can I attend without a display car?
You most definitely can, just purchase a ticket and we'll get you parked in the public car park.
TICKETS AND ATTENDING
Where can I buy tickets?
Head to retroridesevents.ticketspice.com/retro-rides-weekender for all your ticket purchasing needs.
Can I buy tickets on the gate?
You can buy at the gate, note it is cash only on the gate. It would be better to buy your tickets before you leave the house. Helps keep our queues moving, we can scan them from your phone.
Where are my tickets?
In your email. We are aware that these may go to your junk occasionally (although we've had a pretty good success rate with them so far). If you can't find your tickets or need them re-issuing please head to our ticket page, at the top is a great bar where you can click to get your tickets resent to you.
Can I bring a dog?
Yes, it MUST be on a lead at all times, it must be under control and you must clean up after your dog
Do you have disabled parking?
We do, it is inside the venue and you need to come through the main circuit entrance and you'll be pointed in the right direction

CLUB SHOWCASE INFO
How do I book a club stand?
Club display areas are now full for 2024
Do I still need a ticket?
Yes you do. When you are on display in a club you will have a pass to put in your windscreen. This pass gets you to the right spot in the show, you will still need tickets to get into the show (per person, 16 and under £5, under 5 free).
Where are the club stands?
Club stands are on the out field (next to the outside of the track) on the Sunday, we are working hard to improve the layout and feel of this area and are very much looking forward to it in 2024.
CAMPING INFO
I can't find camping tickets!
Camping for Retro Rides Weekender 2024 has sold out, occasionally people online will offer tickets they aren't using, PLEASE be careful when dealing with these tickets. Our ticket system is TicketSpice, so anyone offering things from Ticketmaster and the like is 100% a scam.
When can I camp from?
Camping opens at 3pm on Friday 10th May.
Can I have a fire?
Fires are allowed however they MUST be off the ground and contained. All ash is to be put in the "hot" bin provided on site.
Can I bring my Caravan/Campervan/Trailer tent?
You can indeed, you may end up parked along an edge of our camping field, just in case we have some inclement weather, it makes it easier to move you, and easier to organise the rest of the camping.
Are there food vendors?
We aim to have food vendors available across the weekend, as well as a bar in the campsite in a nice social hub area
Is there a "tat" auction?
Yes, the charity auction will be making a return this year on the Saturday evening.
