I have a box left of bits from my old 1st Generation Audi A3 (think its referred to as the 8L? The same age as a Mk4 Golf/Mk1 TT basically) - Would normally end up on a shelf, in case I ever end up with another, however I am shortly knocking my garage down for an extension (incorporating a bigger garage, no one panic) and am already struggling to cram actual necessary things into sheds, so would rather they were just shifted off out the way to be honest.
Preference given to someone who will turn up and take the lot and also to who can get it out my way quickest - I really cant get into posting free stuff to loads of places at the minute, I am knackered for time as it is, and to post the whole lot would be a packaging nightmare, and a fortune. I don't want to sound a curse word about it, but I really just need it gone, hence offering for free. Basically, when it gets to the point of me having a day to knock the garage down (or if the builder beats me to it) it will all be going in the bin, as I have no dry storage space left. That will probably be at least a week or two away, but I don't really know (can you tell I am hectic at the minute!?)
What I can offer is collection from either Walsall in the West Mids, or Cardiff, as I live in the first, but work in the second, so go there once a week. I can probably sort out meeting someone on the M5, M50, A449, M4 corridor with it all for that matter too, but would be fairly early in the morning on my way there, or late in the evening on my way back.
(For anyone who has already looked at any of my other posts that have gone up tonight, I make no excuses for copying and pasting pretty much the same ads for different stuff by the way - This is designed for speed of getting rid of the stuff, not for quality of reading 😂)
Anyway, the stuff:
3 door B Pillar Trims
Spare wheel insert and screwy to the floor thing. If teh jack was in this then I have lost it, however I think it was actually in the bit behind the wheel arch on these.
Pair of wing mirrors - Think they were heated and electric adjustment from memory, not electric folding though. Glass is OK. Cant remember what the colour was called but it was a kind of carbon-y metallic black/v. dark grey
Front Wiper motor and mech. Must have been a replacement as mine was a '97. Was working fine when it came off the car
Fuel flap - Bad colour description as above (it may have been called Carbon Grey actually.....)
Power steering reservoir
Central Locking pump and insulation
Some random interior bits of trim
Light switch in a destroyed surround for some reason - I guess I got fed up when breaking the car!- Switch looks good to be fair though, I cant be arsed to separate them just to throw the surround away - You are welcome to!
Interior roof lights/switches, front one incorporates the electric sunroof switch
The famous VAG of this age in-between-the-sun-visors sun visor! Probably fits other stuff at a guess.
