I have been working at my brother's bodyshop for some 3 years or so now, but now face something of a calamity: my brother was imprisoned in November 2023 and has mental health issues (diagnosed with bipolar disorder).
Due to alleged things he got up to, the farm owners who have rented him the unit since at least year 2000 or before have told us we have to leave at the end of this month (February 29th).
I have tried speaking with them to get the unit put into my name, but they don't want to know, because they think once he is released he will be back to cause further trouble.
Being a bodyshop, it has a substantial spray booth and compressor running off 3-phase.
I was wondering if anyone knows of any similar units in the area for rent (approx. 2,500 square feet) with 3-phase fitted, or somewhere to store a spray booth, compressor, tools and possibly some vehicles?
