I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this . I bought a set of 3 piece wheels without really knowing what I needed . My question is this , Can the wheel bolt holes be filled , re drilled at a shallower depth & the rear mounting pad be machined to lessen the offset ? If it helps , i have seen a set with a much thinner mounting pad . I can’t sell the ones i have & buy a different set , unfortunately . If this is possible , who can do it ? Thanks in advance , 👍 My wheel spec The other set I have seen

It's way more likely that the different offset of the other set is from different lips and barrels.
New outers is the easiest way to change offset (the whole point of split rims), but how easy that will be is a factor of the bolt pattern holding the centres to the outers

The offset difference is in the centre , lips & barrels are exactly the same between the 2 sets .
I need to reduce the offset as they poke too much & am already running narrow outer lips .
I’m in touch with a company that might be able to do it , but still happy for anyone else’s experience with this .

I think your being a bit optimistic there to be honest. Be easier to make a new set maybe? Is the design complex?

Remember the wheels will fit deeper inside and maybe foul with something. So changing the outer part is certainly the safer way.
