Well my quest to get back in the classic car scene happened today. After viewing loads and endless messages and spending £36 on four car checks I finally got this little Moggy.
53k from new all backed up. Original bill of sale and stacks of history. Going to do the disc brake conversion and put new seat belts front and back. She spluttered a fair bit as has been stood as her PO has been poorly. But a fresh tank of shell e5 and a burn down the road and she runs lovely.

Yes it does drive well, really straight and true. I bet you know Kevin, I want to put inertia seat belts in the front as the static ones are not great. Is there a captive nut in the sill box near the B post. Thanks Jed

yes there is in the side face of the inner sill just in front of the back seat, there should also be one below the rear side window and in the floor near the tunnel.
In the rear there is nothing so you will have to drill holes and use spreader plates, if you want inertias in the back they need to go in the middle of the shelf under the rear window with the buckle at the side.

Ah yes missed that, will be in the B pillar then.
It should have static belts already, they were compulsary from 1968.

Congratulations!
That is a lovely looking thing.
My weird eye noted the EV-Cargo truck side in the background, made me smile.
Your mum’s approval is a bit win in my book.
