Hi and welcome to the listing for my lovely W123 Mercedes.
Runs and drives well, 2.8 litre straight 6 is smooth and powerful. It is fitted with the rare manual gearbox which works as it should.
Finished in a nice burgundy red with colour matched hubcaps.
Has benefited from some recent works/recommissioning including: 4 new tyres, full service (oil + filter, air filter, plugs, ht leads), brake pads all round, fuel filter & pump.
Bodywork and paint is very presentable overall with just some small surface rust showing on the nearside front wing and age-related marks all round. Very solid arches. Please see all photos as this forms part of the description.
Interior is in good usable condition however the passenger seat has a stain and there are some marks here and there that could benefit from a detail.
Bad points: rev counter not working, base of rear windscreen has a small hole which I have taped over, squeaky belt when cold but goes away once warmed up, runs a bit lumpy on initial start up, sunroof works intermittently.
Comes with 2 keys, book pack which includes owners manual and service booklet containing 10 stamps.
MOT'd until April 2024.
