Things haven't exactly been amazing recently, but last year I bought a set of wheels that I like and last month I got a car to put them on.
Nothing fancy, it's been off the road for some years and it cost me the recovery and that's it..
I'm pressed for time and still have one unusable finger.
The budget is basically 0
The Gathering is in the near future.
I guess you can see where this is going, but I may need a gentle reminder every now and then.
I don't want to do a build thread as that will spoil the surprise. Anyway, hope everyone is keeping well.
Oh, it needs a body swap as it is rotten.
And the engine is partly stripped. . . .

Well we are into another month, my chassis has an engine that hopefully runs, a body that seems OK and some tyres now.
There's no towbar so no danger of accidentally not being outbid on a caravan at the tat auction. (Although Mattwiththesportrangeroverwhoisn'tontheinternet has a tow bar)
Things are afoot, ready for MOT in a couple of days I would anticipate.

Today was a day of plumbing and stuff. Brakes done Fuel system done Lights fitted Battery charged Fusebox fitted Heater plumbed Radiator in *just remembered it'll need fog lights at the back. **there is a bit of wiring to do  ***other silliness but only once I'm happy it is safe and has an MOT ****I say safe........... |

Shenanigans!
This got very silly very quickly and now it's legitimately on the road there's time to smarten it up and some other things, will try to have the interior nice but KFW is expecting a delivery of 5 lorry wheels or something so will see how it goes with the insides.
I have had to use an angle grinder.

Just driven to Christchurch from Lymington, it's amazing how little suspension is actually required but its also amazing how small a bump can make swearing occur.
