Route Borrani Ferrari Dino 156 Formula 2 Wheels – RW3560
A full set of front and rear wheels for a Ferrari 156 Formula 2 car have been found in a local workshop. I contacted Route Borrani direct as the wheel code was not listed on the website. They confirmed these are a full set of front and rear wheels to suit the 156. The 156 was the base car for the 246 F1 car and was used in the 1959 Monaco Grand Prix. The wheel size is 15” x 4.5”. A set of spinners are also included in the sale.
As you can imagine not an easy item to price. Would be nice to see them back on a period car but equally could be enjoyed as wall art / automobilia. Offers invited. Located Chippenham, Wiltshire.
