Wife picked this up on our local "buy/sell nothing" F/B page.
She thought it was a scoot-a-long type of thing, but its battery powered. It's very sun bleached and has been coverd by black over spray.
A wash and a few car products later, looks promising.

Time to look at the power source (maybe I should of started here first)
Came with a power charge lead, but that doesn't fit, removed lid from the smaller battery box, and yuk
