Barn find '66 Pontiac LeMans convertible.
Nevada car, lots of paperwork here including its original sales receipt and documentation. Not yet UK registered, but comes with all the paperwork you need to get it registered over here, all import fees and duties paid.
Nice straight forward process to register it, and new owner gets the glory of being 'first' owner on paper in the UK.
Nice solid car, honest car too. Rear arches have some filler in, from the looks of it, but straight and solid.
Chrome isn't too bad at all.
No soft top fitted, but there is a new one in the boot. New carpet sets in the boot too.
Interior is tatty and could do with new seat covers- easy to get from the States.
It was imported around 2014 if I remember correctly, and has been in dry storage ever since it landed over here with me.
It was a runner when it came off the boat, has been parked up for a few years now so needs fresh fuel, battery and service parts prior to starting up.
Original matching numbers V8 326 c.i.
Looks a pretty easy project to get up and running, buff up the paint and fit the new hood etc and run and use as is, with a weekends' worth of work - Or a great basis for a full restoration project, the car is complete and has good bones so would make a truly stunning car built up to show standards.
Reluctant sale, but its just gathering dust here..
Located Hertfordshire.
Happy to arrange delivery via a trusted, reliable local recovery firm.
Thanks, Matt
