Having a real problem ID'ing this one eg. Google Lens and Google image search. I've seen something similar and it appears to be a CB Performance air filter. No idea what it would fit or was it an aftermarket part for many vehicles?
The 'Pat Pending' text appears to be American and CB performance?
The part numbers: 3013D and 3012-13A don't bring up any results :-(
