Been slowly working though the van making things better. A good friend of mine who raced a starlet stockcar had decided to sell up and I managed to pick up a great haul of parts. The much needed diff and gearbox for a start but also starlet axle,front cross member,steering rack,struts etc. . This will help,initially with a rhd swap but also down the road with a 114.3 PCD option.
Gearbox was a nice straight forward swap in as they are near identical as was the 3.9 diff. Not been out for a proper drive yet but it seams a vast improvement.
Other things happening have been avo,adjustable rear shocks and some harder front springs.
