The time has come to rehome this espace permanently. It came to me in a bit of a sorry state but has since undergone plenty of mechanical work to make for a usable fun classic.
I have done the cambelt and tensioner in the last few months, aux belts, alternator, ignition system, radiator fan switch, thermostat, Headlight washer system, earth straps, oil and filters, rocker clearances and more. The clutch was replaced a couple of years ago,
It's not perfect and has a few minor imperfections and faults, but It has had a respray and looks really well for its age. It is a head Turner and gets attention absolutely everywhere it goes.
It has done around 92'000 miles and although it has minimal service history it has been maintained by a Renault specialist that I have spoken to for a long time prior to my ownership. The filler flap could do with repainting, it's the only metal panel. It has a few scuffs but is incredibly tidy overall. The interior is near immaculate. Finding another one this tidy for sale is impossible.
It is an absolute joy to drive, but my work is done putting this back on the road and I have others that desperately need love.
I have always known this day was coming and it pains me to do this, but it really needs a loving forever home.
