Good thread! Tough choices.... Ask me again tomorrow and I'll give you five completely different choices! ;D 1. For 'er indoors. She has no taste 2. For low-speed twatting about. Also useful for extracting choice 5 from the hedge it's liable to be parked backwards in! Good for mid-winter larfs! 3. A nice ratty camper. Preferaby with mahoosively fast engine. For summer weekenders 4. British car, Italian styling, enormous American V8. Could it get any better? Everyone would assume you were an uber-cool rock star! 5. ;D ;D And of course this. I'd have an M3 but I don't know if I could live with LHD, so I'd put an M3 lump in my baby... Well you gotta have a "daily" don't you?

Hey...been lurking for a couple of weeks...Thought I may as well sign up eventually. My list: •Track day/lunatic car: Mini with Z-cars rear subframe holding two 400bhp 1500cc Turbo Hyabusa engines from Holeshot Racing...then talk Z-cars into dropping a third one under the bonnet. 1200bhp with a 33/66 front/rear split...scary fast. •Daily driver: BMW 318i Touring lowered with those wheels and the running gear from a 528 or 540. •Fun car: Landie 90 with a stonking great V8. No explanation needed. •Cruising car: Lincoln Town Car. Satin black with clear laquer flames coming from the front, wire rims, juiced...An early eighties model; big, slab-sided, lazy.... •Bit of a giggle, scaring chavs and Evo/Scooby owners: A Piaggio Ape running a big bike engine... *n

The Manson cover? Dunno - never watched it (I abhor MM...he's a good business man and marketer but not a good musician in my opinion). It would have a very, very impressive sound system installed though...nothing like introducing My Kind Of Music to the masses Just the thing for driving round slowly in... Thanks for the welcome *n

Ooooh... my list is EVER changing! I'd have my Disco stripped down, 'restored' and re-assembled with some choice Off-Roading mods... like Heavy Duty Front and Rear bumpers, winch, suspension lift, big tyres etc.... Then I'd have Abi's Samba restored to it's mental engine'd past.... Then I'd be getting me a Sport Quattro I'd also get this chipped and slammed and it'd be my daily (still) and one of these.... or

1. A nice sweet Porsche 914 2. A Sunbeam Tiger, or even an Alpine, I'm not too fussed 3. VW/Westfalia Fridolin, slammed, on a nice set of empi's, and packing a nice quick engine, should be fun with the chavs, I would love to see their faces when they get whooped by Postman Pat 4. 'Christine' 5. VW Karmann Ghia 1600TC (Brazilian bodied ghia)

Some excellent choices so far. I'd have all of them so far (except the Astra, my missus is far more discerning she chucked hers away a couple of years ago and never looked back ) 5 cars with £10million is no where near enough... The worrying thing is that I cant seem to grasp what I could have for that money... let me try... 1. An MG X-Power SV(R) because I've had some involvement with every single panel of every one produced... (I'm the one on the far right on the pic ) Obviously, i'd be getting the top whack twin turbo nitrous one that has been talked about with ~965 bhp (supposedly- i don't think they've made one yet...) 2. Porsche 356 (preferably a super 90) Gotta be a hardtop, and I like the colour of that ^ one 3. Fiat 500 Well I need something sensible to use as a daily driver... 4. BMW M-coupe Apologies for the modernity, but IMHO, these are so ugly they are beautiful. All the performance is just a bonus 5. Lancia Stratos What can I say. I'm just surprised it's not been mentioned already. There are literally hundreds of cars that I would choose as well, just tried to go for some of the mroe expensive ones to justify the lottery money.
