I have chickens myself, we love them and they give us a lot of pleasure.
They were almost a therapy animal for my son and wife during covid.
Anyway on Tuesday night it was reported on our village Facebook that 3 Cockerals had been dumped.
My wife and a neighbour tried to catch them but no joy.
They had been on our minds over night so I set out to get them on Wednesday night and succeeded.
I waited till dusk knowing they would have settled down.
So now the task of trying to re-home them.
If they had been chickens we would have kept them but fear the noise they will make will be too much for our neighbours.
Will happily deliver locally or partway.
