Retrorides/proboards saying I have upgraded my account, but can't login with either my email or my username (Station).  |

Retrorides/proboards saying I have upgraded my account, but can't login with either my email or my username (Station). Weird, your old account is there and enabled. Gmail.com email address still the right one? Should be able to reset password/account with that. I can escalate to Proboards for support. |

I've tried resetting, I used to be able to log in through the proboards section, but get to RR and it's not logged in, just nothing is working.

I’m having the same problem logging on through my new iphone, proboards says I’m logged in then wants another login which doesn’t work, suggests using email address but doesn’t like that either.

I had this issue, managed to reset my password somehow which seemed to solve matters.

Still logged n ok on laptop but phone is still saying no, I have successfully logged into Proboards global but still asking for a log in for retro rides -'The account you are trying to link has already been uprgraded or linked, Please login with your email address' - which still doesn't work.

Have had the problem for about a year - ever since it "upgraded" my account I just cannot log in, I asked on a another forum and a few people said they were having the same problem.

Well this really sucks, I'll go post something with the support team at proboards, at least I can point them to this thread. (hello Proboards support people). |

Update from Proboards Support "from the clues in the thread is suggests that the members are trying to log in with a different email address than what was used for their account. This is the only time one receives an error message about accounts "linking" and being "upgraded"." davidbb what was your original account?? |
