I've been lurking on here for years, but the time has come, as they say, to post my garage thread.
I'm lucky given that I live just outside the M25 in a nice residential area and still have a good size space and an large garage. But it's showing it's age. Both doors are rotting and the roof has cracks. Plans have been hatched, permissions sought (wife's and council's) so it's time to start.
Once I've searched how to post pics, I will update with progress.
