I was a member here aaaaages ago but was a casual observer at the time, now I'm back and have a couple of projects to share.
First up my 2.8 Ford Capri.
Bought as a project a few years ago, a 360+ mile round trip to fetch it on a transporter, thinking a few weekends work would see it on the road. Errrr nope! It needed a lot more work than I first thought (and still does), and after not really having much of a vision of how I wanted it to look, sound and feel, I was kind of just messing with it for a while. I have never regretted buying it, just not 100% exactly what to do with it.
Fast forward and a friend of mine has taken on some of the work, new arches have gone in on the rear, and more welding to be done on the front end...
Since then I have bought lots of parts for it, another complete interior which is being cleaned and made good (pics to follow), metalwork including good 2nd hand headlamp bowls to go in, plastics and much more. Will update some more progress pics soon.
