Do you mind me asking what the little jobs required are? Hi, it's all on the electrical & lighting side. Indicators & hazards not working, brake lights when they feel like it. I'll bet the problem is in the hazard light circuit, it always is, but it's just the hours of prodding with a multimeter that I've just not gotten around to (mainly through procrastination as I have played this game before - electricals irritate me no end). Beyond that, there's a couple of bits I wanted to sort on the interior (handbrake lever could be better, as could the parcel shelf which is a bit worn and 'fluffy' on the covering - annoyingly I binned a much better shelf not long ago). Probably wants for some new tyres too as whilst the tread is good I think they're quite old. Been hanging on for some D1's or Cosmics but nothing the right size has come my way. |

If the indicators and hazards stop working on a mini of this age a lot of the time its the hazard warning switch.
Sometimes you can coax the indicators back to life by turning the hazard switch on and off a few times and/or wiggling the front of it.

Any chance is this still for sale? Well, it's still here, and still testing my patience... Current gripes... It stopped working. All evidence pointed to a starter issue, so I replaced that and the battery, only to find it was actually a bodged cable off the ignition switch (FFS). So now it turns over but there must be a blocked or collapsed pipe to the carb (these are all new pipes too!) so not wanting to run. And the indicators STILL don't f'n work... |

pOG Apart from the electrics, and fuel supply, what else is wrong, has the body been tidied/restored? Not worried by electric problems. I have to make room first, a Daf 33 to sell. Might be interested then, in new year
