Just looking for some advice form anyone who may know about these things.
Currently have an old, 1960's single brick, flat roofed, single garage, 3m wide and however long they stereotypically are: just over a car's length.
Wondering how much of a faff and costly it would be to lengthen it by say, 3m?
Presumably covered under permissible planning as under 2.5m height etc
Would need to dig out behind it, extend concrete slab then undertake the actual lengthening, in brick or cheaper alternatives? Then I suppose reroof it.
Ideas on cost of builder to do this kind of job or practicalities?
