Exhaust is a frontline one I think, bought it from someone who upgraded to stainless although it's never been fitted. Wheels test fit, tyres are coming off in favour of some 60 profile rather than the 50

Because yours is a later model, like mine, there is an upstand on the doors which looks a bit odd without the screen. I used a scrap windscreen frame cut right down and capped to smooth the shape in front of the door.

Doors are now off and the rest of the dash, it's about ready to put on stands and strip the suspension and axle Next question is do I try to repair this dented sill panel or replace it, has a thin layer of filler already I think more bashing and investigation Might be better to replace it, I guess cut it off. bottom is pretty dented in

Ahh you mean here, yes I could chop the frame i've took off as the glass is broken anyway The steel doors are pretty light weight anyway so might use them

First time I've been under it last night, finally up on some tall stands. It's blue! Which is handy as the v5 states blue, will have to update that later.

No major horrors, no real rust at all that I can see, couple of small holes in the front of the floor pans that appear to be full of gravel, it's been used properly on track in the past. New front chassis legs ordered and on the lookout for a sill, let the chopping and midget modding begin!

More parts collecting, 3J diff and a clutch release kit Does this fit into the standard MG Midget axle, or are you fitting into a Ford one?

I've pulled the ally plates off that were riveted on, will make a new single part one so it'll only have holes that are used for something Do it full length so it covers the bonnet hinge recesses too
