At Snetterton today a fantastic new series for pre 83 touring cars.
Lots of Alfas
A couple of Dollies and a Volvo Coupe
Fezza holding its own I’ve never seen a front drive car lift an inside wheel with no smoke so maybe there’s more to this car than meets the eye.
This Scirocco was piloted by Matt Jackson of BTCC fame and blitzed through the field in the late stages getting onto the podium on the last lap.
This should interest some here…
Sideways throughout until the rear bearing cried no more and it ended up like a Reliant Robin.
I loved this thing.
Bring back the 70s - Droop snoots are just cool.
Early ‘chromie’
The right balance between showy and used
Which pointy fronted icon would you put in your dream garage?
Race winning brute
They share headlights and a badge
I’m running out of waffle
A reminder as to why I should get mine back on the road. These were surprisingly standard under the hood just electric water pumps and big DCOE carbs giving them away as race machines
The headlights are a great touch
Mint colour scheme I suspect it represented something different back then
The order is a bit all over the place this is the formation lap
See the wheel is back on
Quad lights rule
More to come
