I'm one of RR's Norwegian members, and as such I have to deal with a bit colder weather than most of you. I'm allowed to use my friends garage for my projects. Since he's a mechanic and I'm a carpenter we obviously trade some services. Come wintertime every year we always dreamt of insulating the garage, putting in a nice roof and some better lights. Well, one day my friend must have found a pot of gold because I just cleaned out all the construction trash from his garage after having put in house grade insulation, a moisture blocking sheet, nice plaster roof that my neck wont forget for a few weeks. We're going to insulate the walls and put in some better looking tool cabinets come autumn. Plugging in a heater and it actualy staying warm was amazing. I'm ataching some images from the build later tonight.

Sorry for the late update! It's been a hectic year so far with the car park at our garage going from 3 running cars and one project to 4 running and 5 projects. So the garage has taken it's sweet time. We took a shortcut on the non concrete walls and insulated it to house standard but only covered it in plywood. But the more exciting part is that we removed one of the garage doors and put in more wallspace with a normal door so we can go as we please without letting out all the heat. The owners father is an electrical enginer so he redid all the electrics so we're never far from an outlet and 3 phase is being considered. The floor is the next thing we are considering what to do with. Epoxy is what we want, but might be out of budget for a long time. There are plenty of parking spaces outside, but digging up a small hill next to it to create more spaces might happen next year since the asfalt needs to be redone. And lastly, when I add pictures tonight an 86 240 wagon with a B230A that's just been rebuilt will be included since this is a car page after all.
