	So put my e36 328i saloon up for sale on the sat as was planning to buy a friends E46 Alpina B3 that was manual converted. lots of interest on the 36 so made arrangements for a lad to come and see it on the wed, test drove the Alpina on the Tue which i loved- but due to it having a sunroof could not sit up straight in it! So no purchase. However lad was keen on the 36 so he came on the wed and took it away! Therefore I was now a daily down.... however I had also seen an e36 328i Manual Touring for sale a couple hours away so I was straight on the phone to that and viewed/ collected on the saturday! All worked out! The new touring has a genuine 77k miles with plenty of history, nice set of refurbished Contours, fresh headlining, M wheel and all the bits i like on a 36 (OBD, Dual Climate). It seemed strong money for an e36 however the condition was better than expected so actually on reflection now seems amazing value- I wont be selling this one ever as I have been on an off looking for a 328I manual touring for years and to find another in this condition would be doubtful- its probably too nice to daily to be honest. I really like an e36- its just the way the drive, and a manual 328i is the best combination- ive had quite a few e36's but below are pics of just the 2.8 manuals

	The new touring- first tasks were to install the freshly refurbished leather seats i also purchased of the seller, then the new scuttle cover that came with the car and a quick wash under the bonnet. The car is booked in to have the fabric section of the door cards retrimmed leather to match the seats which hopefully will look good- i was originally planning to swap all the interior plastics to black however the grey has grown on me in the past week and as the car is so clean seems a shame to rip it apart. there's one arch that is a little crusty and a few bits on the boot lid but the rest inc the underside is clean. The last owner spent a lot on new bushings etc- it honestly the tightest feeling e36 ive ever had, everything feels so tight and solid- even the switch gear! What do you think of the purchase?

	Great looking car, must be local to me, Carlos always does my MOTs there, or do you work at Coastal? I will keep a look out for you, I have a blue E46 M3.
