2004 model.
2.7 Diesel, 120bhp
Check the MOT history online for it: WA04UDW
Described thus:
Great workhorse and towing vehicle in tidy condition for year. MOT due June 2022. We've owned her for 11 years and she's never let us down. Husband's retirement from fencing business and my giving up horses so she's not needed is our only reason for sale. Will add recent pictures asap but I'm in plaster and hubby can't use a camera sorry.
Anyone know much about them?
Please spill the beans .
Priced at ÂŁ1800
THANK YOU.

I have one. Brilliant 4x4s. In my opinion better than any Landrover. More like a affordable Toyota Landcruiser. Bulletproof Nissan Mechanicals, with the TD27 used in London taxis that will do a million miles and a LSD equipped rear axle. Not very civilised as a road car, but only a problem if you’ve become too used to modern vehicles. There are only really two things to look out for, the front suspension, rust and rust. I realise that’s three, but I thought rust was worth mentioning twice. The front suspension bushes wear then the front arms eat into the chassis. Not the end of the world, but will require some fabrication skills to make up some new cups and weld them into the chassis. Rust occurs everywhere. Look carefully under the plastic body mouldings. Sills go at the back, but that’s not too critical because it has a separate chassis. Rear spring cups can rust through. The rear seat belt mountings (technically the 2nd row, they often have a 7 seat arrangement) rust out and look okay from inside the wheel arch, but lift the carpet and there will be nothing there. All the steel lines that run down the chassis towards the back rust to nothing, that’s the fuel feed and return (replace with rubber), the clutch damper line (remove entirely and block at the front) and the brake line (make up new). Oh and the oil filter is a right pain to replace. But 1800 seems a good price if it is mostly there and looked after.

another car will this be a "non-project" addition to the fleet or do you have specific plans for it BTW you know we need pics craigrk bought it to replace their BMW 218 or some bland mum-mobile. I have been charged with “Grizzifying” it remotely for him. Came with aftermarket wheels, off-road bias tyres, but no centre caps. So he wants to put it back on the standard steels with road biased tyres. There you go……….. Anyone got anything weird to donate to this car and to Craig….. send a PM
