As much as I'd love to keep it, I'm selling the car of my dreams, A MK1 saloon.
Currently in France, with delivery to the port of Newhaven included in the price. The process of registration is fairly simple and cheap. I can help with this as I am in the process of registering my LHD Mk2.
The Car:
1973 2.6 GXL model. Originally an automatic but converted to 4 speed manual by the previous owner. He's not done a fantastic job of the clutch pedal installation in all honesty, but it works.
Car runs and drives, but has been off the road for a couple of years (stored in a garage) so needs some light recommissioning (brakes bind a little, carbs need setting up etc)
Very solid shell, with a couple of bubbles but no rot.
Easy restoration and if you don't mind sitting on the other side of the car his is a cheap MK1.
