1968 genuine Morris Minor van with full V5 logbook, keys, and chassis/ vin tags present.
Complete van, all parts present plus spares too.
Mechanically sound, drove off the lorry under its own steam a few weeks back. Looks like someone has spent time and money on the engine already. It will need a new battery and fresh petrol. Has been in storage for a while.
Nice solid chassis with no rot. Tow-bar fitted too. Solid floors throughout.
The van is pretty solid for one of these. Although as with any 55 year old Morris Minor, it has had plenty of welding to the body shell in the past.
It has had a re-spray in Old English White, and looks very presentable from a few yards back. Up close you can tell its had a 'quick' job, some wavy panels, defects in paint, signs of filler around the gutters etc.
To be fair would look much better just for a cut and mop/ polish.
New windscreen rubber and trim fitted, all new rubber seals for the rear door glass, plus the original rubbers. New door aperture seals to go all round. New washer jets in packets too. Brand new headlining kit included as well. New pressed metal number plates.
Original rear door glass loose in the back of van, pair of seats, front bumper, spare wheel, rear lights and indicators, front grill and panel, front quarter glass openers etc. Plus there are spares, wheel, some glass, trims, etc.
Proper wider van steel wheels fitted.
All in all its a great van, either finish off the interior and trim and fit the lights etc back up and do the works to get it back on the road. Or a blank canvas to restore to your standards and your style instead.
Sold as a restoration project.
