MOT was due today, so took it in on Monday ...........
Passed, no advisories
Not bad for a 33 year old
From last years MOT post
May 2021 will be the 17th anniversary of my ownership of this MK1, in that time I have MOT'd it 16 times (at the same place) of the 16, 14 times have been by the same examiner.
It's failed 3 times that I remember:
Corroded front brake pipes (replaced)
Rear offside bottom ball joint (both sides replaced)
Emissions (turned out to be replacement silicon vacuum lines I had fitted were allowing air in, replaced with good quality lines)
Our journey together continues
thanks Rich
