For sale is my 1983 Porsche 924 2. 0 LUX Targa roof 94k miles, great history
With a heavy heart I am selling my 924. I absolutely love this car but unfortunately it’s time for me to move onto something bigger. It’s a nicely spec’d car with the rare Pascha interior and Zermatt silver metallic paint.
Good Points
Car comes with an MOT until December next year.
Runs great after a fuel system refresh including brand new injectors and a WUR rebuild. New intake boots, performance HT leads and plugs, genuine Porsche distributer cap and rotor.
Recent body work completed on the front jacking points including brand new genuine Porsche Jacking plates welded into floor pan and fully undersealed and completed to a high standard
15x7 Borbet Seltzer wheels with Toyo CF2 tyres which have only done around 700 miles included if asking price is met. Original 14” Porsche wheels included.
Original tool kit and Targa top cover included (rare)
Paperwork back to the mid 90s
Will come with a full service before sale
Bad points
Drivers side window does not work
Rust on front passenger wing and rear arch but rust treated and painted
Front driver side door is a bit unaligned so can take a few attempts to close
Shocks could do with a refresh at some point
Dash cracked but repairs readily available
94k miles on the clock, and enthusiast owned throughout its life. This car would be ideal for someone who wants a usable daily classic that requires some attention to make perfect (where is the fun otherwise?).
