Always worth looking for alternatives when your shoes start to pinch…… Or in this case, when the original plan is not going to deliver as planned. I love the rollbar I got and modified from Paul Y but having gotten to this stage in the Rezin Rockit build, it has become apparent that I need another 150mm leg space. So the seats need to go back, as does the roll bar feet. See picture. I will try edit the existing roll-bar, but I also need the safety harness mounting points to be quite high, by law, so my one sided roll bar will not give me what is needed. So I guess I have to make a restart. So……… Are there any manufacturers, or does anyone have a mate who will bend me some pipe as needed? Advice, tips, etc appreciated. Thanks. What I have currently.

I really like the one-sided version!
A possible way to keep it might be to have both seats equipped with drivers side seat belts?
That way, the seat belt topmounts could both be up the bar?
I'll attempt a photoshop...

There was no doubt in my mind that I had come up with a genius idea, and then expressed that genius idea in a technical drawing which some may consider a work of art...
...imagine how I felt when I opened up your build thread to discover the chat about harnesses!
Please notice how I have refrained from any jokes about everyone from Kent being a bender...

Ashford Fastroad Conversions used to do rollcage stuff. No idea if they still do or not tho. My welder friend has made rollcages in the past at Enthuse engineering, but I'm not sure how booked up he is... Other option (if it were my rezin rockit) would be to chop the fibreglass where it tapers in (and is in the way) move the roll hoop back to where it is needed/wanted and bolted up, and re-glass the B posts to miss the hoop

tubebender can bend you a new hoop from measurements or in my case i sent them a cardboard template and they bent the hoop and posted it to me within a week they will also supply additional straight lengths if needed tube-bender.co.uk/

Please notice how I have refrained from any jokes about everyone from Kent being a bender... Your “dogged” determination not to go down on Kent is noted 😉 I will see what other leads come through. Also think making a drawing/template makes sense. I may have a plan for a template.

Seconded for the Tubebender idea, but another option might be having a search for autograss cage welders local to you, plenty of those lads about with the right skills for what you need,
might get more results on f***book if you can access that

Ebay has several suppliers of universal show cages, which can be also welded to increase strength, or another option could be handrail components, cut, shut and weld as required Ttfn Glenn

Mock up. Basic leaning back. Then a bend at shoulder height. Rear supports Cant be too hard to do.

I am liking that. Now to find 4 meter of pipe, plus 2.5 meter, plus 1.3 meter of a decent OD

Don't buy the pipe until you know how it's going to be bent.
