That is Automec's Universal Flaring Tool LINK which is excellent, and I used to recommend it to anyone who wanted a well priced, easy to use tool and who couldn't justify the cost of the Sykes-Pickavant one. I find that much harder to do now that the price has increased dramatically: I paid £100 for mine from Automec, with a show discount. If I had to replace the one you see in Rian's photo(which was bought to replace the full Sykes one that was stolen) it would be with one like THIS which work just as well.

There is one for sale in the classifieds

There is one for sale in the classifieds I think thomfr is in France, so postage, shipping, courier could be a cost added that makes it impractical. I have not looked at, or in the classifieds to see if the price makes it worth having though.

I have the sykes pickavant one Only down sides is it was expensive and it's an in vice tool so you need to be able to remove the pipe from the car to flare it
We have one at work which was bought from car builders solutions it's a hand held type and it works really well and it was only about £40 The screw thread did recently go on it but it's approx 10 years old and been used in the restoration of at least 8 cars with both 3/9" and 7/16" piping
I don't know how to add links and for unknown reasons my browser won't let me upload pics anymore so i can't add to the above information

I have one the same as in MK2cossie link. Works great and can be used in fairly tight places on the car. Mines branded Draper.

I have a hand held sykes pickavent flaremaster, picked up second hand cheap off ebay as it was filthy. Can do flares on the car and does them very well.
Not sure i could have stomached retail price for the amount of use it gets, but can recommend its capabilities.
