Like the title says my brother in law has had had a very nasty industrial accident and left my nephew with a yard full of minis, plus spares, potentially including loads of NOS parts in trailers
Where do we even start with this?

Sorry to hear about that. You could try getting an auction house to come and assess and then handle the whole thing. Obviously they take a cut, but it’s a similar deal to when they handle house clearances. That London Barnfind that got loads of coverage was eventually handled by these guys : www.assetrealisationservices.comThe very best of luck with it all

It depends how much money he wants out of it. To get the most money get the big and expensive items listed on ebay and add more each day. If he just wants it all cleared as quickly as he can i suppose a used mini parts guy would be worth contacting but expect half the price of its worth this way.

Do you have any photos of what you have? It might help to give you some idea of value as it depends on how good/bad they are.
Do you have V5's for them to confirm what they are as that will help the value a lot (i.e. being able to demonstrate that they are genuine 1275GT's).
As mentioned above listing them individually on e-bay or going to a specialist auction house like Matthewsons will get you them most but it depends on how long you can wait to sell them.
One at a time will almost certainly yield the highest value.

First of all, sorry to hear the news about your brother in law. Agree re getting a car-related auction house involved if you want to clear all in one go. If you wanted to take a bit more time, the guys on the mk1-forum.net/ Mini forum have a lot of experience and would also be able to advise on realistic prices for things (or buy them!) Good luck, Steve (serial Mini owner!)
