I had just about got sick and tired of the poor welds I was getting with my old Cebora 130 Turbo and, for the most part, put it down to my garbage welding,
Because I have a little welding to do for the dreaded MOT, (not a lot really,) I decided to invest in another welder,
Having heard a great many more experienced people on here extolling the virtues of inverter welders I thought I'd check them out,
I know there is a suggestion that the "cheapy" Chinese welders are garbage but I don't do a lot of welding so decided to look them over and went for a £199 Xsport 140 mig / tig / arc hobby,
All I can say, (bearing in mind my lack of prowess as a welder,) is that in my opinion they're brilliant !!
They also come with a full 2 years warranty,
I stand by to be "shot down" by those more knowledgeable than me but felt I had to post this,
Nigel
