Interested in swapping / dealing my on the road 79 924 for a classic project. Looking for an opel gt project or a volvo p1800 (ES) project or a MK1 Scirocco or x19 project ideally but something from the same period considered too.
My 924 is tax and MOT free (Historic Vehicle status on the v5). usual early model differences.
Had repairs to the battery box area and NS sill. Headgasket changed, new injectors, fuel lines, hoses and pump, Replacement fuel distributor, new sunroof and boot seals, coil and service items etc. new continental tyres all round on refurbished alloys. Interior in good condition with a few minor cracks on the dash. Still needs a few little jobs worked on but runs well and starts fine hot or cold. Was silver resprayed a porsche 1974 colour of Ravenna Green. Respray only DIY but OK (and far better than what it was). S/Steel exhaust too.
